During Father Dan Foley’s tenure the parish had several Assistant Priests notably Father Gregory D’Almeida, Father Benedict Quadros, Father Melvin Llabanes and Father Vinh Dong.

As Father Dan grew older with failing health, the young and energetic Father Vinh Dong was appointed as Parish Priest in 2002.  Father Dan retired but remained in the parish, living in a specially built unit attached to the Presbytery.

Along with Father Vinh Dong there were Assistant Priests in Father Vittorio Ricciardo and Father Hong Pham.  At the end of his six year term in 2009 Father Vinh Dong was transferred to All Saints Parish in Greenwood.

Father Francis Ly was our next appointed Parish Priest in 2009.  His Assistant Priests were Father Jean-Noel Marie who was later assigned to St Mary’s Cathedral;  Father Pavol Herda who later became Parish Priest of Good Shepherd in Kelmscott and Father Victor Lujano who came to our parish as a Deacon from the Redemptoris Mater Seminary and was later ordained as a Priest on 8 March 2013.  He remained at our parish until the end of 2013 when he was transferred to All Saints, Greenwood.  His replacement was Father Joe Cardoso.

 At the end of 2014, after we had celebrated the 20^th anniversary of our Good Shepherd Church, Father Francis Ly was transferred to St Francis Assisi parish in Maida Vale.

Currently our Parish Priest is Father Aloysius Leong who has been with us since 2015 to the present. During this tenure we had Father Carmine-John Millen as our Assistant Priest.  Father CJ as he is affectionately known was transferred to St Mary’s Cathedral at the end of 2018.

Our present Assistant Priest is Father Paul Quoc Nhan Huynh from Vietnam who was appointed to our parish on 15 October 2019.

Our Permanent Deacon is Reverend Mark Powell who was appointed to our parish in 2007.  He is also currently the Principal of the Good Shepherd School.
